yesterday marked the last time the sec 4s will perform in the main band. and i cannot describe in the space of a paragraph the experience we had these past four years.
we went through so much, and i wouldn't have had the 4 years any other way, and with any other people.
wong, zhibin, leong, lucas, dong, zachary, melvin, mong, ibrahim, aaron, jeremy, pingyi, zhixiong, xueyu, mark, brent, hilary, ian lee, samuel, xianfong and even though we didn't spend as much time with you colin, osman, karthik, and wilson.

renaissance might have belonged more to all 50 years of bandsmen, and not mainly the current band this year, but it was one to remember.
really proud of us, we played really well. and to the alumni, excellent job!
to the juniors of the sjimb, i could not have asked for better juniors. from your laughs, to the times we had to scold you, i've seen you guys grow from strength to strength, pass on the passion, and never forget what's so important about being bandsmen: the music, camaraderie, and loyalty. i'm sure you guys will bring the band to greater heights (:
to the teachers of the sjimb, your guidance and support really did wonders for us, especially on concert day.
to mr colin lai, thank you for your really grand and kind intentions for the band, but no thank you for the many things i will not mention here.
to sji's secondary 1s and 2s, you guys have a lot of growing up to do. your ignorant and inconsiderate behaviour yesterday really marred sji's reputation yesterday.
to all the peeps who came down to support. THANK YOU SO MUCH (: the lltc and 431 people for the idiotic but fantastic picture frame (I STILL DO NOT LIKE BEEF JERKY), you guys really amde my day. eugene for the penguin! samb, pinru, kiawoon, and grace for the flowers. and samb again for the drawing of francesca the horn!
